Donovan Bar at Brown’s Hotel has unveiled “The Evoke” menu, a cocktail menu using different flavours, ingredients and techniques to provoke different responses and emotions when enjoying one of the serves.
It promises to conjure feelings from comforting nostalgia to adrenaline rush via the taste, aroma and visual appeal of the drinks list on offer.
The menu was designed by the legendary bartender Salvatore Calabrese and Brown’s Director of Mixology, Federico Pavan, to play on consumers’ connections with the drinks served. It brings multiple senses into play using the numerous spirits and flavours in each perfectly-poured beverage.
In a pretty saturated world of high-end cocktail bars it creates a truly unique moment for the bar in an incredibly competitive, high-end landscape, all while demonstrating the credentials of Donovan and its team.
