Moooi x EveryHuman brings an altogether fresher approach to sweet-smelling air around the home

Dutch design brand Moooi has had enough off-the-shelf air fresheners, and during the recent London Design Festival, they partnered with perfume brand EveryHuman to do something about it.

Rather than create a new, generic scent, the two brands came together for a limited-time workshop experience at Moooiโ€™s London store, where customers were able to build their own bespoke room fragrance utterly unique to them.

Kicking off the experience with a questionnaire, respondents were asked about their mood and feelings during a process designed to pull them out of their regular thinking and instead inspire their imagination. These answers were then combined with cutting-edge AI technology to devise a one-of-a-kind room fragrance explicitly tailored to each customer.

This scent was then brought to life by the fragrance printer, an alchemical contraption that wouldnโ€™t look out of place in a Hollywood blockbuster as the kind of machine that gives a superhero their powers. Combining art, science, technology and โ€“ probably โ€“ no small amount of witchcraft and wizardry, the process leaves customers with a truly individual room fragrance that accurately reflects their personality and style.

My Glade plug-in has never looked so unappealing.
