We’ve had the honour of working with Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital Charity this Childhood Cancer Awareness Month

We’ve been working with Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital Charity on a very special and important campaign to help raise awareness and much-needed funds for the new Children’s Cancer Centre this Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.

We created a jaw-dropping sculpture made up of 253 butterflies, to mark the lives of the 253 children who lose their lives to cancer every year, which we positioned on The London Millennium Bridge encircling St Paul’s Cathedral for a very moving sunrise photo shoot with parents who have lost a child to cancer.

To mark the end of successful cancer treatment, patients are invited to ring the bell but sadly many families do not get this chance. To give these families a unique chance to commemorate their children’s lives and the lives of all the children lost every year in this way, we invited them to ring the bells of St Paul’s, which are normally only rung to mark the death of royalty and statespeople.

Selling in our beautiful images and video of sunrise on the bridge, we landed over 100 pieces of coverage, with standout pieces on Good Morning Britain, BBC NewsThe IndependentEvening StandardDaily Mail, Daily Telegraph, Daily Express and Daily Mirror to name a few.

Giving us the chance to get the nation talking about the urgent need to raise funds for the new Children’s Cancer Centre, to ensure that more children’s lives can be saved each year.
