During round three of the GUINNESS SIX NATIONS Championship, we worked with ex-super model and England rugby fan Jodie Kidd to host Irish TV personality Vogue Williams, and a group of Irish competition winners for an exclusive VIP experience.
The lucky winners were treated to a SIX NATIONS themed dinner at Jodie’s pub, The Half Moon, and a stay at a luxury 5-star hotel nearby the night before the England vs Ireland game. The following morning, they enjoyed breakfast back at the pub before heading off to Twickenham stadium for the big game, where they enjoyed the friendly rivalry of the Championship over a few pints of GUINNESS.
After the competition was announced through media including the Daily Mail and The Evening Standard, the team had over 100 submissions from Irish fans across the UK and Ireland wanting to take part in the experience. The team also secured exclusive interviews with our talent in the Sunday Express and PA to continue to drive awareness of the competition.
The ‘Jodie Kidd Rugby Weekender’ was the second experience hosted by The GUINNESS Team during the championship.
