Here’s one we did earlier … Creating the UK’s biggest brolly to show how O2’s got you covered

Launching Wifi is a pretty tricky old business and that’s no mistake.

But we did a pretty respectable job of it this week with the creation of the UK’s biggest ever umbrella installation at Canary Wharf. All to show that “O2’s Got You Covered” this winter – with Wifi services free and gratis across the whole area.

The 30 foot tall structure contains well over 500 umbrellas arranged to create a stunning canopy that not only keeps people dry, but also connected to the web – and gives them a smile along the way. We worked with the lovely Helix3D to create the whole thing.

As you’d expect, there were some stunning shots of the whole thing, which in turn delivered some lovely coverage, including Evening Standard, the Wharf, The Guardian, Design Taxi, TrendHunter, Huffington Post … even B2B Marketing (for reasons we have yet to gather).
