We’ve been busy teaming Uber Eats up with Curzon cinemas to deliver the ultimate movie night in

Cinemas nationwide may be closed, but this week the Uber Eats team brought Londoners the next best thing with a home cinema bundle that lets you recreate the magic of going to the movies in your very own living room.

Created in partnership with arthouse cinema chain Curzon, the bundles contain everything you need to turn your home into a makeshift screening room, from popcorn and hot dogs to a cupholder that holds a classy negroni slushie in place during the film.

There’s even a door hanger warning everyone around you to keep their mobile phones switched off for the duration of the screening, as well as a discount of 50% off some of the best movies being released on the Curzon Home Cinema platform.

It comes after research showing a huge increase in people streaming movies since lockdown, with many of us using this time to expand our horizons beyond the usual blockbuster fare.

Our team of cineastes bagged a box office smash in the coverage department, racking up pieces in the likes of the Evening Standard, Mirror, Time Out, Daily Star, The Verge and more.
