The highly-anticipated return of the Netflix royal-drama The Crown gave Uber Eats the perfect opportunity to create a menu fit for a Queen …

The Uber Eats team are continuing their quest to merge a love of good food with a love of pop culture with some head-of-the-state cuisine.

As Brit’s favourite royal drama returned for a new season, we thought it was high time we gave the public a taste of what it might be like to eat like The Queen herself.

So we joined forces with royal biographer, Katie Nicholl and executive chef, Tony Fleming of London’s exclusive L’oscar hotel to launch the “Queen Eats” menu that would include everything HRH typically consumes over the course of a day, just in time for the show’s third season.

From crust-free cucumber sandwiches and Tupperware-encased Corn Flakes to Cumbrian lamb cutlets and minted new potatoes, this menu was indeed a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Our royal decree had a successful reign across the media landscape.

With pieces in the Daily Star, The Sun, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, HELLO!, Daily Mail and two pieces on the Daily Express – our “crown jewels” of coverage.

With the media drinking out of our chalice, the crown of the sell-in success was bestowed on the Uber Eats team. Dinner is indeed served, maam.
