Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No! It’s the AirSelfie – the world’s most awesome mini-camera toting drone-like craft

Last week we had a bit of fun launching the AirSelfie โ€“ a small, drone-like craft that whizzes off and takes a selfie picture or video.

A really neat bit of gadgetry. If we do say so ourselves!

Starting out as a Kickstarter project, the flying camera received ten times the amount it set out to raise, which meant it has rapidly gone into production so it was high time to talk about it.

We held a press briefing event across two days as part of the #AirSelfieTeamTour โ€“ with over 20 journalists in attendance, we had the likes of Press Association, i, Forbes, T3 and Trusted Reviews all come through the door to name but a few!

The resulting coverage has started to come through including nearly a full page in the i newspaper with subsequent online articles too on iNews, Sun Online and plenty of online chatter from influencers like Laku Davies and Marcus Bronzy (How to Kill an Hour). As well as a Press Association syndication and news on core photography sites such as Digital Photography Review, Amateur Photographer, Trusted Reviews and Camera Jabber.

Job well done. With plenty more to come!
