Do you struggle to make decisions? Are you torn between your heart and your head?
If you’re struggling to decide on the right path, you’re not alone. Research from our client Aviva revealed that we lose a massive 43 nights sleep a year worrying about decisions, with worries about ending a long term relationship and buying a house topping the list of things we fret over.
To help, we created the Aviva Decision School: a free online learning academy designed to help people learn the art of confident decision-making and break free from the shackles of procrastination as we grapple with the everyday and life-changing choices we have to make.
We recruited expert decision makers from a range of fields to offer advice and expertise to act as tutors, including writer broadcaster and activist Katie Piper, and behavioural psychologist Jo Hemmings, as well as former superintendent in the Metropolitan Police Leroy Logan MBE and Guinness World Record breaker and mountaineer Vanessa O’Brien.
We revealed the research to the press, and secured coverage in a range of national titles including the Daily Star and the Independent, with Katie Piper appearing on Sunday Live to talk about the launch.
Our expert panel also took part in radio and media interviews to talk about the art of decision making with over 15 interviews taking place to mark the launch.
We hope Britain can sleep a little easier now!
