A gizmo sends a tweet of complaint to highlight poor roads in Panama City (a common issue it would appear)

This is one of those “I wish I’d thought of that” ideas. Every time a truck or car runs over one of these gizmos it tweets a complaint to the Mayor’s office in Panama City. Clever stuff.
