What are TIGs and why are they a vital voice within the agency to ensure that we’re an inclusive environment?

We believe everyone should have a voice and advocate for themselves or for others to help us make Hope&Glory an inclusive and welcoming place for all.

We actively encourage everyone to connect and forge relationships across the agency.

That’s why we’ve set up a series of Team Impact Groups (or TIGs) to do just that.

Each TIG brings together team members of similar demographics, backgrounds, heritage and their allies to create a stronger sense of belonging and build internal community.

The TIGs are instrumental in acting as “listening forums”, creating feedback loops and identifying where changes need to be made. We focus on listening, understanding and taking action.

Our TIGs are responsible for creating a programme of activity that sheds light on different experiences through talks, events, learning sessions and awareness training.

Our active TIGS currently include Race & Religion, LGBTQIA+ and Parenthood groups and there are more in the works for the future.
