We’ve been awarded Blueprint status and we could not be prouder of the work the team has done to get us here

It’s a big day in the land of Hope&Glory, for today we have been awarded Blueprint status.

For those who may not have heard of the Blueprint, it’s a diversity mark set up to remove barriers and address inequality in the PR industry for Black, Asian, Mixed Race and Ethnic Minority comms professionals.

To say it’s not easy to achieve this mark is an understatement.

The application has 40 questions to answer, which are then scored by four independent judges over the course of a month.

We are therefore genuinely honoured and not a little humbled that the judges bestowed this accolade and status on us.

It is a huge testament to the entire team at Hope&Glory and the work that has been undertaken across the business by a host of individuals to ensure that our practices meet the mark.

And while we’re proud today, we also know that this isn’t the end of our journey or commitment to making the industry more diverse and more inclusive – it’s just the start.
