PRovoke just named Hope&Glory the Best Agency to Work For in the UK … and the most admired

We could not be happier.

PRovoke’s Sabre Awards 2023 has named Hope&Glory its 2023 Best Agency to Work For in the UK which is, as far as we’re concerned, a pretty delightful achievement. Not least because we were also the biggest winners at their creative awards to go alongside our latest accolade.

This is what they had to say in the citation …

Asked to describe the agency in three words, Hope & Glory employees were most likely to come up with kind, caring and funโ€”with more emphasis on the latter than pretty much any other firm in the survey this year. Fast-paced and supportive were also frequently cited, and โ€œsillyโ€ got a mention or two, presumably intended as a compliment.

Many respondents cite the people as the best thing about the agency (โ€œI just adore them, and the reason I’ve stayed for 9/10 yearsโ€) while others cite an approach to the work that is โ€œno drama: great people, great ideas.โ€

Adds another respondent: โ€œThe whole leadership team is constantly looking for ways to improve the experience of everyone who works here, and are open to suggestions from anyone, at any level.โ€ Asked about drawbacks, complaints range from over-servicing of clients to โ€œthe biscuits.โ€

Always the biscuits. Apparently they are just too abundant.
