Here’s some fantastic news as we’ve just won a brand-spanking new client in the Glasgow Marketing Board tourism remit …

Happy days in Hope&Glory as we’ve been told that we’re to kick off work with the GCMB on their tourism work.

We’ll be working on a national strategic communications plan for the city’s tourism work and UK-wide media outreach activity to support brand campaigns across arts, culture, retail, music, architecture and food and drink. We’ll also be raising awareness of their year-round programme of major events and building on the success of the cityโ€™s hosting of the “best ever” Commonwealth Games last summer.

The appointment will encompass both press office and consumer campaign activation, all driving awareness of the city as a dynamic and diverse visitor destination. All that and we will be building on Glasgowโ€™s reputation as Scotlandโ€™s creative heart, and promoting Glasgowโ€™s Green Year, Scotlandโ€™s Year of Food and Drink and we’ll be welcoming the Turner Prize to Glasgow for the very first time in October.

Top work altogether. We’re just looking forward to getting stuck in …
