At Hope&Glory we’re on a diversity journey and today we’re once again making our numbers public so we’re held to account

At Hope&Glory we’re committed to increasing the diversity of our team, starting with embedding inclusivity and belonging across the organisation.

We’re proud to have been awarded the Blueprint Diversity Mark in 2021 and once again in 2023.  It’s something that is incredibly important to us.

For those who may not have heard of the Blueprint, it’s a diversity mark set up to remove barriers and address inequality in the PR industry for Black, Asian, Mixed Race and Ethnic Minority comms professionals.  As part of The Blueprint we signed up to 23 commitments, which help us on our journey to making the industry much more diverse. We are committed to transparency and accountability and publishing our diversity data.

From a gender perspective, we are 72% / 28% female / male across the team. 63% of the board are female and 60% of senior roles are held by women. Black, Asian, Mixed Race and Ethnic Minority team members make up 15% of the team today (a slight decrease from 17% in 2023) and 11% of our board (a slight increase from 7% in 2023). As important, we also have total gender and ethnic pay parity at every level.

As we continue on our diversity journey, there is a lot still to do – for us and the industry as a whole.  That’s why we are taking incremental steps to accelerate our progress and to live up our commitments by matching words with action, being transparent and taking accountability. Every action we take helps fight systemic inequities and brings us closer to our goal of making Hope&Glory a place where everyone can thrive and do the best work of their careers.
