With the final awards show now out of the way (before it all starts again for 2024 awards season) we still seem to be banging-in the wins.
This time it’s the turn of The Drum PR Awards where we discovered we’d picked up SEVEN trophies – including the Grand Prix (for the second year in a row).
Predictably and as sure as eggs is eggs and as night follows day, CALM won a clutch of trophies seeing the team hit the stage no fewer than six times. It won across categories including Best Event, Integrated, Media Relations, Not for Profit and PR for Good.
It’s basically become our most-nominated campaign ever and is rich reward for the amazing people involved in making it and seeing it come to life. Possibly the most rewarding piece of work we’ll ever do.
Elsewhere our IKEA work bagged the trophy in the Retail categoriey. Again, a challenging piece of work to deliver – the rule in retail is that you never mess with the shop floor or the trading space and we totally ignored that to deliver this one. Huge props to our comms clients who led the organisation by the hand to make this a reality.
Our work with Dacia also for the nod – picking up a high commendation in the automotive category at the show.
All-in-all it’s been an insanely successful 2023, with a stunning 88 wins across the assortment of awards shows – including four Grand Prix for our work with CALM and a first Lion, Pencil, Clio and EPICA Pyramid in the building to grace the awards shelves.
