The role in brief

Your job is to help drive some of our key accounts… Developing and growing client relationships, building great client teams and delivering award-winning work.

You will play a key role in developing initiatives to improve the agency alongside senior team mates.

As part of the senior client team, you will be driving business growth, leading on new business pitches across the agency.

You are self-motivating, self-aware, self-disciplined, self-improving, won’t wait to be told what to do and approach everything with positivity, curiosity and enthusiasm.

Making sure you and your colleagues have fun along the journey – we all take the work and not ourselves seriously.

Salary band: £53,000 – £58,000
