Strategy & Insight Director

Adam has been Hope&Glory’s Head of Strategy since 2019, having previously led the function at Freuds and Weber Shandwick for 11 years. He has worked across sectors on clients ranging from UNICEF and Unilever to the Cabinet Office and PepsiCo. He’s proudest of his UNICEF Emergency Lessons work educating Europe’s youth on the plight of children in war and disaster zones and his work developing the Flying Start programme for BA and Comic Relief. His passion for behavioural science led to the Sabre Award-winning “Science of Engagement” project. He is currently supporting the agency’s strategic work with the likes of VMO2, Uber, Le Creuset, Resy, Sky and Dacia. Adam’s baldness pre-dates his fathering of two under-eights but his grey hairs do not.
