At Hope&Glory we believe that transparency is the foundation of progress. We share our diversity data annually not just to be open, but to remain accountable to our team, our clients, and the industry.
We take a holistic approach to diversity, which means looking at the whole picture and actively creating a workplace where everyone feels welcome and included, regardless of their background.
Central to our commitment to racial and ethnic diversity is our ongoing partnership with The Blueprint. Having been Blueprinted since 2021, we currently hold Ally status and continue to use their framework to attract, retain and develop emerging talent and remove systemic barriers for Black, Asian, Mixed Race, and Ethnic Minority professionals.
Black, Asian, Mixed Race and Ethnic Minority team members make up 17% of the team today and 11% of our Board. From a gender perspective, we are 73% / 27% female / male across the team. 56% of the board are female and 65% of senior roles are held by women.
11% of our team identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community, whilst 16% of our team has disclosed a disability or neurodivergence , as have 25% of our Board. As important, we also have total gender and ethnic pay parity at every level.
We continue to prioritise social mobility by paying the London Living Wage for all interns and partnering with the STEP Programme and Taylor Bennett Foundation to ensure PR is accessible to everyone, regardless of background.
We’ve always said we’re on a journey and change can’t happen overnight. That’s why we’re prioritising belonging and inclusion, celebrating the richness of different lived experiences through our Team Impact Groups, and collectively embedding DE&I into everything we do – from our daily interactions to the work we produce.
It is a constant process of checking our progress and being clear about where we intend to go. We want Hope&Glory to be a place where the diversity of our backgrounds is viewed as our greatest creative asset.
