Melissa joined Hope&Glory with almost a decade of experience both in-house and at agencies including Weber Shandwick and Carat. Her career highlights to date include leading the Aldi account as it overtook both Waitrose and Coop in market share, pioneering low-budget campaigns for the National Citizen Service – one of which led to one million foodbank donations and became the topic of a TEDx Talk – and working on the multi-faceted Unilever account. Having joined during lockdown, she’s yet to meet everyone IRL, but is nevertheless loving working with the team across some of the agency’s biggest clients including Facebook, Barclays, O2 and The Royal Mint.
